NEW FOR  2017!  Thursday Night Yoga

The Peninsula Library and the Friends of the Library would like to introduce Thursday Night Yoga by Nirvana Yoga.

Strengthen and Stretch at the library in this program lead by a Nirvana Yoga instructor. This class will include yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes to work out in and bring a towel or yoga mat if possible. Learn about the benefits of yoga as you practice it.  Reservations are requested because of limited space.

The classes will be held on the 3rd Thursday at 6:30-7:30pm.  We are suggesting a minimum donation of $6.00 to help cover the cost of the Yoga Instructor.
