Yoga for Beginners

Strengthen and Stretch at the library in this pro-gram lead by a Nirvana Yoga instructor. This class will include yoga poses, breathing exer-cises, and meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes to work out in and bring a towel or yo-ga mat if possible. Learn about the bene-fits of yoga as you practice it. Donation at the door, minimum of $6 is suggested.
